Every account is opened in your name, on your card, with your email. At handoff you change every password and we're out. No lock-in, no subscription to us.

Questions
How long does a build take?
It depends on outside parties: EHR vendors, government agencies, and hardware suppliers set part of the pace. We work promptly and update you weekly, but we don't promise a completion date we don't control.
Why do I need an office first?
Nearly every system requires a stable practice address. Changing it mid-build means redoing work everywhere.
Do I pay for software separately?
Yes. You pay vendors directly on your own business card, so every account belongs to you.
Do you handle insurance credentialing?
Not as part of this service.
What if I don't use Charm?
Choose the Practice Setup package and handle your own EHR. Everything else is the same.
What happens after handoff?
You run the practice. Setup questions are covered for 30 days; after that, help is available hourly.
